Why does intel get twice the frame rates in Far Cry?

Because Cyrix died instead of AMD

...

its so shit that you need to disable HT even on 4 core intel CPUs to gain perf, prime example of garbage coding that shouldnt be used for benchmarks

>intel-aviv has to resort to shilling games with shit-tier optimization to make their processors look better
smdh tbqh famm

If AMD is so great, why are gaymes optimized for Intel and Nvidia?

How the fuck would optimization make it run better on a certain brand of CPU? Intel and AMD use the same instruction sets.

Ryzen is garbage, the end.

What's the website name/url again?

Far Cry is an AMD-sponsored game

>one game
>no ryzen 3000
Indiantel shill squad, doing it for free.

Here's Ryzen 3000

Keep in mind, these are stock clocks. Once you set your Intel to run at 5.0 GHz as it should, you would easily push 160 fps

Don't forget to delid, delap and apply chiller.

holy shit 5 fps in one game at 1080p wtf im selling my 12 core 24 thread ryzen right now to get an intelaviv 4 core 4 thread cpu with 300% less performance in everything else other than this one game RIGHT NOW

cope

High-end Intel CPUs win most benchmarks though. Ryzen victories are an exception, just like 5700 XT victories, but for some reason AMDrones are autistic about reposting them endlessly.

One running theory I saw when people were initially benching far cry primal on ryzen 1xxx was that the engine does shitloads of thread rescheduling which murdered performance on ryzen as it slammed straight into infinity fabric limitations.

There is a reason why OP is using old data from Ivan for his shitposting purposes.

$$$ you brainlet. They pay the devs

This

Source?

Why does AMD match the Nvidia in Far Cry?

Attached: 1564370984812.png (695x1008, 68K)

its like the other way around, devs pay them to send (((optimization experts))) because no one outside can write games properly for nvidia drivers

intel is optimized for rendering diversity

because it's developers are lazy brainlets who can't into multithreading

nVidia adapts as time goes on.
It used to be straight up cash incentives to coax devs into using GameWorks, then asset/shader creation got so expensive that providing support was enough.

Now they've seen the writing on the wall, and GameWorks is fading out in favor of proprietary hardware again. They want use of RT and Tensor cores so ingrained that when AMD eventually releases their common-sense version, devs will have to decide which path to spend their time on.
And since they've already sunk all that time learning nVidia's ecosystem...
