Why do so many like to watch technology related to anything farming but only a fraction of them actually wants to do the job?

Because agriculture has some of the most interesting mechatronics in the world.

>so many
>1300 views

why are you such a fucking retard
>Why do so many like to watch SPORT but only a fraction of them actually wants to do it?

>only a fraction of them actually wants to do the job?
it pays shit
every day something breaks
t. farmer son

Check that recommended vid in the corner. 1.8m views for a fucking rototiller.

It makes millenials feel like they're in touch with the working class while never working a day in their lives

Those videos regularly get millions of views and if you actually opened your eyes it's some obscure channel actually streaming with over 1000 live watchers. Another one in the corner with almost 2 million views too, you top honk

tech videos get lots of views faggots
1.8m isn't much for this
you are a retard

>would you rather have:
>a desk job that's easy but monotonous
>a laborous job that's hard but varied
>ill take the laborous job that's hard but painfully monotonous
I could never imagine being a farmer

Hard physical work can feel incredibly satisfying and fulfilling especially in combination with all the sunlight and fresh country air.
The problem is that you barely make enough money to get by so in the end it's pretty shit again.

Autism. Some of them like trains some anime titties these ones like tractors.

A "varied" job usually means there's lots of stress involved

And you can get totally fucked by the weather

>modern farming
not common at all, that's literally 0.00000000001% of farmers because farmers are poor

>Hard physical work can feel incredibly satisfying and fulfilling
mate that sounds good to you because it's been glamourized on instagram but your body will break as soon as you hit 35

>only a fraction of them actually wants to do the job?
What makes you say that?

Farming tech is cool; mechanical engineering marvels, but the career itself is so shit.

First off, you have to already own the land. Leasing it is financially not an option.
Then, the maximum land 2 people can work would probably be like 10 acres. Even selling your crops as expensive organic GMO free artisan faggot food, you're gonna barely make enough to pay the mortgage and your living expenses.
It's also hard work. 70 hours a week, super strenuous physical work that wears down your body, and outdoors so you get to experience the elements and temperatures.

Sorry for the rant, but one of my family members tried it a while back and it quickly crashed and burned. The farms that make money are the massive megafarms who employ leagues of illegals for $3.50/hr and receive government subsidies.

>modern farming
>still in dirt
Pick one and only one

talking shit bout my train autism???

Yeah he got rude for some reason

that's true until you hit 25. any physical work after that age is going to fuck you royally in the ass once you hit 40.

Isn't that the point of life? Work, wear out, suffer, die?

no. the point of life is freedom - self-actualization. there is literally no higher goal. do what you will.
be the broken or the breaker.

kek

wrong, the actual point is just procreation. in the eyes of nature if you fail to do this you're useless.

Wild animals, pests etc do a lot of damage too. And you gotta have all the equipment too unless you want to pay horrible prices to others to manage your land. It doesn't pay that bad if you know what you're doing, but you need a brain to save up money, because there might be not enough corps growing next year.

t. village guy from eastern Europe

It's an art and amazing. It's like watching "how it's made" but with your food and cool mechanical technology. To do this job you need big lands, money and equipment or it won't be worth to do at all. Normal people wouldn't want to buy a tractor for tens of thousands of dollars if they could buy a house for the same price, and I didn't include the land and the equipment.

because farmers DO things, things which are productive and create something from nature, without taking from other people.

whereas most people sit at a desks doing nothing jobs, making nothing, taking from other people. so its relaxing and satisfying to watch people being human instead of being a piece of a machine.

Because unless you're a land owner being a farmer fucking sucks. And land is expensive, and equipment is even more expensive.

I love how he just enters the room and instantly gets shit flicked at lmao
