NONONO DR SU PLS HELP

W-WE LOVE NAVI, DON'T WE GUYS?

Bow they just have to make 8-16 core desktop processors that compete with Zen 2 7nm yields, power efficiency, and price. Shouldn't be too hard, right?

>Intel® Core™ i5-1030G4
>0.7ghz base clock
yes this is the future goyim

muh zen2 can't even reach 5ghz

>zen 2 won't burn your house down and has the same performance if not better at 4.1-4.3 GHz as an i9-9900K at 5GHz
no way man

If Intel wanted AMD dead once and for all, they could eat the loss of margins for processors which is over 400% for the high tier ones, and still high for cheap ones. If there’s anytime they could get away with it, it would be now with a republican pro-business administration. They could argue the battle is between. ARM and x86, not x86 and x86. A demoncrat won’t let a business get bigger

Where's the secret sauce, schlomo.

are you seriously comparing a 700mhz base clock cpu to a 3.6ghz base clock cpu just because it cant get 5ghz?
guess what amd cpus can reach 5ghz too, its called bulldozer
buy that if you want superior 5ghz performance

>intel figures out how to use the integrated GPU in AVX2 benchmarks and very specific workloads
Congrats.

fuck off inbred cracker

INTEL 7NM SUPERPOWER WILL BEAT AMD 7NM IN 2025

That would be financial suicide, I'd love to see that.

This is the most likely explanation.

Can you give other results that aren't ulleticals benchmark, for csgo?

Sure thing senpai.

>redefining laptop experience
>laptop experience
LMAO

>Intel
>competing in price
What a retard newfag

Intel never competes in pricing, they only price lower than MSRP only if necessary

You don't run all your AVX-512 workload on your laptop?

Intel didn't kill AyyyMD even with C2D, C2Q and i7s

They probably will eventually but not now

Why is AMD so complacent in letting intel own the mobile market?

AMD could only afford one architecture and while it's successful at covering the entire desktop and server marked, it's not power efficient enough to work well on laptops.

AMD on laptops can only offer APUS and apus are 1 year behind their cpus so its not as easy to win contracts with laptop manufacturers when your mobile apus are in limited SKUs and launch in the middle of the year

i5-9400Farenheit was a desperate last ditch effort to stop the heavy bleeding caused by the 2600. Prove me wrong.

Literally nothing uses or will use AVX 512.

Intel bribing OEMs like usual. We COULD have decent gaymen laptops for ~$400 by now if more OEMs competed with ryzen APU + dGPU combos. Best we can get now is pic related.

it would be actually nice if it had more than 4 cores but damn 650 dollars for that? i cant really complain

When is Intel going to implement encrypted RAM in consumer devices?

560x isn’t that great for gaming. My MacBook Pro with an 8 core 16 thread i9 and a 560x can only get 65 fps at 1080p on Apex. Lord knows what a 4 code 8 thread would get.

ark.intel.com/content/www/us/en/ark/products/codename/74979/ice-lake.html

And even thats lackluster with only a 256GB nvme, especially when an adata XPG 8300 can be had for only $75, even less for OEM

It could easily be better than that, AMDs zen+ yields are so high they can probably sell 3GHz max quad-cores without iGPUs for like $20/piece to OEMs and still make some profit. But since there's no huge demand for them AMD has no incentive to look for them in the 30% "failed" chips and probably even scraps them.

Not relevant as apple trash has severe chronic overheating and thermal throttling problems which eventually make the batteries exploded and burn your house down. Not meme'ing btw.

Attached: 1544674120405.png (682x900, 255K)

irrelevant

Attached: .png (650x350, 17K)

Are you retarded? Their atoms were sold at an absolute loss for years doing contrarevenue programs. Didnt even phase them

>comparing high yield atoms that make like 1% of all profits to low yield i7s
Anyway it's a financial suicide because people (more importantly OEMs) would then EXPECT to pay like $100 for an i9-9900K and the only way to offset the huge loss in profits is to cut down the work force and stop R&D into better products. It can't possibly end well.

The only reason AMD got away with lower priced products this time is becauase they're printing chips like money and still make sizable profits even at lower prices. Intel CAN'T DO THAT rn.

>comparing a toddler toy fisher price build quality paper thin laptop with a $1,000 markup with an actual laptop

Literally one of the only games it beats

Attached: Stock.png (1382x2535, 126K)

Now show the 1440p benchmarks :&)

>YOU HAVE TO PUT A GPU BOTTLENECK IN SO IT'S FAIR FOR AMD'S SHITTY CPUS!

Major COPE by AMDrones

>only counting 1440p or 4k when they're a minority and no reviewer worth their salt will push it as valid tests
>only count AMD-sponsored games

The best COPE is where they will claim that nobody needs a 2080 or 2080Ti and everyone should only buy midrange products instead and """you won't notice""" any difference

>what are deep neural networks
Although the idea of running AI on CPU only applies for desktop or servers.

For real though how long do we have to keep peddling this 1080p meme resolution? It's becoming a real drag of a meme.

Attached: Screenshot_20190801-140244(1).jpg (720x1112, 372K)

That was said about AVX2 when it first got client availability, too.

How many years alteady?

why lie?

Attached: 4K monitor affordability.jpg (1996x818, 189K)

you can get 32" 4k monitors for less than a 3rd of that retard

>U
>U
>U
>G7
>G7
>Mobile CPUs
who cares?

>10th gen is 10xx instead of 100xx
what?

Attached: 1530991338510.png (680x521, 94K)

I would buy a 32-35" 4K monitor if my GPU could do high framerate 4K at high quality settings. Until then, 27" 1440p is good.

>Max Single Core Turbo - 4.1
>Max All Core Turbo - 3.6
lol

>having to make a fucking diagram to explain naming convention
are you fucking serious

Attached: 10th-gen-i7-1065-g7-sku.jpg (655x189, 26K)

Higher resolutions don't matter.

It's a laptop, to even think you're getting close to 3GHz is a joke since most of these chips will go into ultrashit thinbooks.

>i7-8565U
>4,60 GHz
It loses the previous generation CPU. The 10nm+ is a joke.
