I wasn't particularly just talking about Korea but the use of forced labour by Japanese corporations during the war and ya those corporations should have been individually held liable and broken up. Also South Korea was a military dictatorship at that time, handing a little money over to the regime to try to stop investigations into the full extent of what went on was the goal.
