baby boomers aren't using windows 10 because they're still using the laptop they bought in 2009 that came with vista on it, or they have completely abandoned traditional computers and do everything on the internet via their ipad

meme boomers are on the cusp between millenials and gen z and don't fit into either mindset (because the millenial generation is almost entirely defined by consumer products and posturing and gen z isn't old enough to have a zeitgeist that isn't reactionary) and so they grasp at the things that they consider to have some level of wholesome enjoyable substance to them that isn't sullied by corporate swill. boomers aren't even using msn messenger, they're using irc and web forums
