I know how you feel OP.

Stop LARPing, they don't allow anything below 1gbps unless you're hosting in an undeveloped area of the world, and that requires asking for an exception.

try plugging in directly via ethernet. You'd be surprised how much wifi can cuck your connection speeds depending on what hardware you have, how far away you are from the router, how much interference there is, etc.

what's your monthly rate

This is 50 dollars a month lol

I get >900 Mbps if I go directly from my CM1000 modem. If I go through my R7000 running DD-WRT I lose some bandwidth. I only got 300Mbps before I upgraded the firmware. Anyone know if openWrt would be any better?

>Pay 75 for 30 and it never goes above 25 which is in (((allowable range))) or some shit
Fidelity communications is absolute cancer, they prop up some paper company that sells 15 for 100 nearby so they can say that they're not a monopoly, then spend all their money bribing local governments instead of increasing speeds.
Rent seeking fucks, I hope you all burn.

$9/mo here, feeling pretty good about myself

>fast

Get fukt

Too bad about the upload, if it were a symmetrical connection I would have built a NAS to hold all my media by now.

Also, should be 300Mbps but I'm on wifi and am streaming shit.

*Ahem*

>living in a 1st world country.
internet speeds are actually inversely correlated to a country's development index and quality of life.

This because the more underdeveloped, the less historical infrastructure, the less environmental laws, the less public expenditure and wastes, the less architectural protection laws, the less corruption

Switzerland has one of the slowest internet in the world, to name one, while Romania one of the fastest.

Add your upload and download together then multiply that by your ping. Its still not 200 but it's not far off what your paying for.

>you are paying for up to 200 mb and you are getting it ;^)
This.
You guys are fucking retards.

Sunrise in Switzerland, i said first world country.

>Switzerland has one of the slowest internet in the world, to name one, while Romania one of the fastest.

Imagine talking so much shit.

Make sure you do it via ethernet and not wi-fi. Wi-fi is only so fast based on your router. I usually make out somewhere around 50-60 mbps on wi-fi and if you live in an apartment complex or similar it could tank your speeds due to interference.

>use ethernet, not the wifi

Not sure if old boomer or zoomer.

No fucking way. Maybe if you only look at Toronto/Vancouver. I don't think you can even get data in most of the northern 2/3 of this shitty frozen wasteland.

why do you install an app just to test your internet speed you nigger
