>2019
>still stalled

nice try sweetie but I'll stick with rtorrent+rutorrent :)

Why should I use this over Deluge?

Serious question.

I came here to ask this

I have Deluge installed on my SBC for almost 5 years.

>>FEATURE: Change "Add new torrent" dialog to horizontal layout (Evgeny Lensky)
Not sure if I liked this

fug, ill have to downgrade libtorrent

Did they fix the problem on v4.1.6 where the torrents wouldn't download even if you forced them?

Yes they seemed to have fixed the stalling issue, at least for me.

The built in search function is very useful. Search for torrents directly within clients, no need to use browser and expose yourself to every shitty torrent website.

>built in search function
Sounds like something I'd probably never use.

Speaking of Deluge, I have ~200 torrents that are set to "seeding" but only 1-5 are ever actually seeding at a time. Is there a way to fix this? Trying to improve my ratio.

Call me when they haven't needed a bugfix in 8 years like uTorrent 2.2.1. I don't really feel like being a beta tester when there are projects that have had torrenting nailed down for years.

why? it searches all the popular torrent sites at once without you ever having to touch their ad/miner infested websites with your browser.

FUCKING FINALLY an 'add torrent' window that doesn't move around after loading and can remember the position
What about CVEs? And do you recompile uTorrent and its dependencies to use newer compiler features?

Because I'm a degenerate weeb who only torrents doujins and anime from like, two sites.

Did they fix the fucking BSODs of 4.1.6? That was a clusterfuck of a release

i switched to tixati after the last qstalltorrent 4.1.6

Is the fucking speed limit bug fixed yet? It completely ignores your speed limit settings. It's been broken for like a year maybe more. I'm on 4.1.5 and shit does not work.

No

>Having download speed limits
lol, 3º worlder

works on my machine

I literally have never run into this, except of course for with dead torrents when the last seeder logs off.
Even on WiFi. Are you people European or something?

I rarely update, never seed, delete torrents upon completion and cheat ratio on several private trackers. I'm Chaotic Evil.

What is your maximum active torrent set too?

No, you're just a leech.

300, and bandwidth is all set to unlimited.

Only 1-3 will ever seed at a time. When they do, they just pop on @ ~10kb/s and then trickle down to 0kb/s before vanishing from the active torrent list. Sometimes one will stay seeding @ ~20-400kb/s for a little bit but rarely.

Wasn't this shit abandoned?

I used to use Deluge too, but then I got a 10TB drive and wanted to seed lots of torrents and Deluge couldn't handle seeding 600 torrents for some reason. Had to switch to qBittorrent as it handled that great.

Wow, I'm surprised people are having so many issues with qBittorrent.
I seed ~600 torrents 24/7 on 4.1.6 version and never experienced stalling, crashes, global speed limit not limiting, etc. it has been a very smooth and pleasant sailing for me.
I'm running qBittorent on Debian Testing.

sure faggot. we don't have datacaps here.
enjoy your freedom

Thanks for posting.

So?Maybe start making treads for every fucking software that gets updated.

Basically Windows lusers. Run a shit OS, get shit back.

>BUGFIX: Remove limits of "Disk cache expiry interval" setting (Chocobo1)
>BUGFIX: Remove upper limit of "Disk cache" setting (Chocobo1)
finally I can use more than just 4gb of my ram.

qBittorrent for desktop, Deluge/rTorrent for server. Everyone knows this

Transmission 3.0 when?

Nightly soon.

>Are you people European or something?

>cringe

most used bittorrent client

sure jan

>most used bittorrent client
I don't think so, normies still use ubotnet.

FUCKING this. I wish the autists running their anime secret club allowed me to use uTorrent.

why should i use qbit instead of transmission?

>>FEATURE: Add 12 hour and 24 hour speed graphs (dzmat)

I have no idea what this is and same goes for most of the other stuff.

based retard

I'm at a loss.

U w0t m8? I have used qB for fucking years and never knew you coudl do that!!

Also, does anyone else go to install a new version and get a constant prompt that the program needs to be closed first? I do this and the updater is open, and it tells me cannot update without closing it. I need to uninstall the whoe thing each time I want to update qB. I'm on Winshit 10.

Built in search function literally doesn't work if you use a VPN effectively making it completely useless.

Just use deluge, you spaz

MPAA shilling posts (MPAA owns utorrent)

I'm on windows and deluge gets very slow with over 200 torrents, don't know if it's the same in other OS but I've had to switch to qbit because of that

just got the STALLED meme, it seems to be more of a problem with the linux build, went back to windows for a bit to do some work and qbittorrent doesn't get STALLED anymore. You can just use deluge on Linux though it's almost the same shit.

Same issue and is why I swapped from Deluge to qBit

>sad panda netherlands host crisis hits
>start torrenting everything
>qbittorrent didn't have issues before this where I regularly just downloaded anime/software from nyaa/1337to
>load up to as many gallery torrents from panda as I can
>every single one starts STALLED indefinitely
>right click, force resume/download
>actually starts downloading
WHY THE FUCK DIDN'T YOU DO THAT THE FIRST TIME WHEN I LOADED YOU IN
WHY DO I HAVE TO MANUALLY CLICK FORCE DOWNLOAD
WHY IS IT ONLY WITH THESE TORRENTS TOO
