C and C++ are based upon BASIC you idiot. I bet you think HTML and LUA are real languages as well peasant scum.

GOTO considered harmful, read it, faggot.

>c/c++

Fucking kill yourself.
Imagine a world where lisp-like and ml-like languages won. People might actually enjoy their work.

The only thing I'll read is a photo of your mother done completely in binary.

I haven't built anything that I've used regularly bigger than a script. And even then it was only for a few months during a specific project. I this the new standard for being a developer? Shit

Made a thing that downloads all images from a 4channel thread. I use it sometimes

the absolute state of fizzbuzz programmers
hows your hello world going?

>Calling Dijkstra a nu-male js programmer.

I made an arduino sketch that activated a waterpump in pulses filled with fake semen after certain a time synced with a female pov video (femdom/strapon). The waterpump attached to a tubed dildo and the video on my phone in VR.

I burned everything in shame after one use.

I'm not gay btw

A crawler that takes all posts on r/vscosluts, and downloads every image from that vsco user. Saves bandwidth by not downloading images that already exist.

Use for my language dev projects.

(i wouldn't make it if i knew Switcheroo exist, but i didn't so i made it and may as well just use it)

you have to be autistic to think that lisp is a good language.

you're using it right now

I didn't build cmus, cmusfm, and cava, but I did compile them. I use them daily, hourly, even right this second. Does that count?

I haven't built any huge projects for personal use, but I have a few. Pretty much all of these get daily use and/or are now an essential part of my normal computer use.
>Custom PC fan control system: PC program + dev board firmware + hardware
>Launcher for MPC-HC which connects to Emby and syncs viewing progress + provides basic control of MPC-HC from Emby
>PDA (Windows Mobile) application which displays hardware info + associated PC server program
>Automatic multi-monitor brightness control program + Arduino ambient light sensor

I also have a bunch a scripts I wrote for various things, these are generally very short.
>Script which symlinks RSS-downloaded TV show episodes into proper folders automatically (invoked by rtorrent on download finish)
>Script which symlinks & renames a whole TV season at a time (used manually)
>mangadex downloader script, output in .cbz
>waifu2x upscaler script for .cbz/.zip files
>ffmpeg-based script which makes webms, automatically enforces file size limits
>backup script which handles multiple backup volumes (external HDDs) and always walks me through a process which shows which files will be changed/added/deleted
>a bunch of scripts around apcupsd which run on a RasPi and ensure my server is always safely turned back on after power outages

I'm also about to switch to network cards which apparently don't support WoL. In order to address that issue I'll build some Arduino-based solution too, because I have some spare Arduino Nano knockoffs around. Should be pretty short and easy too, but haven't started yet.

Good quality software solving a complex problem is hard to maintain. If you don't have the will or time to put that work in then it makes total sense that you wouldn't.

Personalized manga reader I exclusively use for hentai.

Not sure if you're all mad or lying. Cool projects though.

Nice Freudian slip there bud.

>LUA
There's no such language indeed. Or... Are you referring to Lua?

There's lots of stuff I use regularly, but most of it is particular to our company, so it's not public.

One in particular is a cli tool to interact with and perform a multitude of actions against es clusters, since vulcanizer from github only does a very basic suite of actions.

When I'm on a Mac I use a little tool I wrote back in 2007 or so: It's essentially a popup with a direct google prompt. You type in text, press enter and it opens google in a browser searching for the shit you typed.

I know there are other tools to do this but they're bloated - I just need that google thingie.

Then I wrote an analytics suite for sales numbers for my business. Been using it since 2012.

From time to time I use an audio editor I wrote. But I'm not that much into audio so it's not often that I use it.

Then of course a shitton of scripts that I use regurarly.

how can I comission a linux software? my budget is 400€

spend that 400€ on something nice, freetards are used to working for free

What is it? Might do it for freeee
