Dumb post. Exercise only builds muscles and make you fit. Losing weight is strictly calorie management. Calorie burned > Calorie consumed = weight loss. This means you can sit on your ass all day and play video games while losing weight if all you do it east sub 1000 calorie diet daily. Your natural body needs ~1000 calorie - 1500 calorie for rest state. Anything below means it will crunch the fat deposits in your body.

You don't need to lose weight, but to convert your fat into muscles. You can end with the same or even more weight while being slimmer.
I don't have the motivation to do that really, I have been 186cm 80~90kg for some time now.
So buy a lot of these electric stuff that shock you and maybe you will actually lose some weight and ge tmuscles, who knows.
