You can post cherry picked pictures all you want. It will take any person with half a brain 5 minutes to find out that 2070s is on average 10% faster than 5700 xt, 20% if you're an esport gaymer who play his garbage Rainbow Six and Cawofdooty. And that's without counting other perks like better temps and lower noise or better Windows drivers. Again it will take a half-brain to realize that this is the main reason why Nvidia has around 80%+ market share atm.

Raytracing (and just the logic of the Tenser cores in general) is a really good add for production software, Blender and Maya/3dMax are adding renderers using it that is a good 30-50% faster then using CUDA.
But realtime raytracing for gaming? Its really fucking dumb. The tech is cool and has uses, I have no fucking clue why Nvidia keeps pushing it for gaming when it really should have been a feature left to their Quatro line (Don't get me wrong, I'm happy to get the Tenser cores an not having to spend $2k on a workstation card)

The more I think about it I think I know why Nvidia is not pimping RTX for production software. They basically just kneecapped their Quatro line by putting RTX in mainstream cards leaving little to no reason to buy Quatros unless you absolutely need the ECC enabled memory and they don't want the word to get out.
