Became most of them suck shit at ricing things and creating their own themes and icon packs, and unfortunately most people that create themes and icons that haven't been reused a million fucking times are dicks and tell the devs no when they're asked for permission to use their shit. I went through all of this when Manjaro was brand new, they had approached me and many other theme and icon artists for permission, and I was the only one that said yes..
But then med school got in the way and I no longer had the time to keep my creations up to date for them.

It didn't load properly for you. All Xubuntu theming is not applied, that's why it looks inconsistent. Sometimes happens with Xubuntu live sessions.
