apt install docker-ce

unless you are a wincuck, but which sane person actually develops on windows ?

>use linux
>get some ancient version via apt install
I've run out of trash images.
But you get the idea.
Good luck with your shitty docker.

hmmm ?
ancient ? what makes you think that on basedbuntu you wont receive the most recent version of docker
>i cant into dockers, therefore its shit
nice sour grapes
those who cant, will complain

>use linux
>massively downgrade your whole computer experience in order to upgrade that development experience a little
kek, this is what linux fags have to tell themselves I guess. You really do need that experience improvement harder.
Anyway, there are versions even newer than what you have available in your "latest ubuntu repo" free for download for me too, but I want the latest.
If I wanted to live in the past I would install linux, but not today.

I thought you might have some insight to share up to now.
Turns you are just brainlet stuck in 2005.
Hate it or not docker does solve problems but yeah it's not a silver bullet.
It's stupid for you because in your case there's no difficulty in scaling few VM's you got if even that.

Go post on another desktop thread, that's more in your ballpark.

>>have issues with vagrant because locked bios
>>decide to finally try docker
>>"to download, you need to register"...

You don't need to register it. Most likely for vagrant you didn't know how to set it up. Also, most of your problems come from the fact that you are a brainlet who thinks he's "good with technology" reinforced by the consumerist echo chamber that is Jow Forums.

As for technology - yes, it works.
By that I don't count managed to install it brainlets

Just use a throwaway email bro

>I want the latest
you sound like an archfag bro

how does Go run dpkg on non Debian distros

brainlet detected
