The Fuma 2 is angled so it is further towards the rear of the case and has a cut out on the other side for heatsinks and motherboards with two sets of ram slots. It does not interfere with ram.

It's clear you have no idea what you're even talking about. Even a glance at BQ! Fans on Newegg or Amazon would show you fans at 1600+ RPM. Even as high as 2200RPM. Regardless not all fans are made equal. A cheap shit fan spinning at sub 1000RPM is prone to motor whine and moves less air than a fan with proper blade curvature and motor type.
