What does Bromite have that Lightning doesn't? Legit question I use lightning but if Bromite is better I'll switch to it.

It does need to be updated more often you sperg. Obviously not once an hour but at least once three months or so due to how fast requirements for browsers work. I use Lightning myself but it's honestly a broken piece of shit a quarter of the time when it comes to loading sites, or in some cases never loads them at all. And no, I'm not using a chink phone either. If I weren't lazy I would have switched to a different browser already.

Except Lightning isn't a browser, it's an interface for Android's built-in web renderer which gets updated as often as Chrome.

I just did a search from Lynket's url bar, for example "Ubuntu ISO" and it opened the custom tab of the browser i had as first choice, in my case brave, i clicked the downlad button and it began to download the ISO.

Chrome browsers let you slide the toolbar left or right to switch tabs. Combine with Kiwi's bottom bar and I can't go back to Lightning's clunky slow panel.

Newer Android versions use Chrome instead of WebView. My 8.1 has WebView disabled, while my mother's 5.1 receives WebView updates. Just update Chrome itself.

I don't have chrome and never will, I use Firefox as main browser, lightning is just for porn for the sidebar tab switcher so I can change gallery with one hand

Firefox is the best browser. Period. On Android, Windows, Linux, Mac. Anything. Just use Firefox, it's better than your browser. Unless you're using Lynx.
