You know you can look it up yourself, right?
ALSO
this is very very useful as a .png, good job

Yes, you can run check yourself with WHOIS.

Could be useful as plain text so you can block the IPs. Too lazy to extract with OCR myself.

okay, haha you got me.

spooks will use residential IPs
this is almost pointless
if you're scared about scanning those ranges, multiple sites do it for you already, like shodan
and even if you block those, some faggot companies will contact your ISP and tell them about your scans and threatening them
so you're going to need a host that's friendly to internet scanning anyway

What is the point of this at all?

>range 64
>do not search
What the hell is it?

That list is older than you.

We need to go deeper...
ping 64.70.14.88
PING 64.70.14.88 (64.70.14.88) 56(84) bytes of data.
^C
--- 64.70.14.88 ping statistics ---
5 packets transmitted, 0 received, 100% packet loss, time 97ms

the fuck is this shit?

OK, do you know who owned this IP 15+ years ago?

its public info. its even on wikipedia.

Albert Einstein

but this is a bank
w-wait

Was it a bank in the early 2000s?

clueless user here, what's this thread about?

yes

OP finding an ancient outdated list and asking Jow Forums about it
they're IP ranges
that's it

reported

so.. just IP's and what they are/who they belong to? That's it? what would scan mean in this context? just pinging the IP? or?

in the early days the DoD barely had any security mechanisms on their systemsand their IPs were public when the internet came up. some kids got in serious shit for "hacking" the military servers.

>what would scan mean in this context?
checking if ports are open
and, I suppose what services are running on those ports

usually this list is posted related to hacking shit, so you would be trying to find vulnerable shit and exploit it
who the fuck knows what OP's talking about though

shodan and similar sites are fun to mess around on, without the need to scan the entire internet yourself
shodan.io/explore

thanks user, appreciated

this is publicly available information

Haha fuck you.

shit op

Is this a hidden chain message?
