I don't use any DNS server. I specifically block all DNS resolutions. I use a personally curated hosts file. In an external server, I cross reference all public DNS servers, note inconsistencies and mirrors, which I then occasionally connect to, pull the updates, review them, and then apply them.

Since a few months, Jow Forums no longer uses static Cloudflare IPs, but cycles them regularly. This may work for some time (because any Cloudflare edge router will accept a connection for hosts that Cloudflare knows of), but also stop working any time soon.
Also it's lacking a.4cdn.org and i.4cdn.org, and redirecting is2.Jow Forums.org to Cloudflare works for some strange reason, but is nonetheless retarded.

You need to replace your entries with the new IP.
You could create a cron job that regularly fetches the current IP and updates the hosts file.
But at that point you should simply run your own DNS server, or use a third party one.

Not that guy but this is a Russian product. Most of the devs are Russian too. They used to tell people where they are from but it seems people are allergic to Russia when comes to privacy but they are okay with USA so they left that part out. I mean usa has more control over most of the countries in the world than Russia has. If I have to compromise with privacy I would rather give my data to a country that has less control over me.
