Look up one of the millions of hack the box VMs, install it, install Kali, look up a tutorial on the VM you downloaded, and hack it. Then, get another one, and another, until you don't need to look up the tutorials to know how to get started. Also, read. Read a lot. Learn about networking, OSes, penetration testing techniques, and programming methodology. Also, learn Python at bare minimum.
