But; any USB Bluetooth adapters I could use? It's for Arduino development and for a mouse+keyboard. I use a bluetooth board for connectivity.
Majority of them seem to be some sort of speakrs or headphones adapters not ones that'd support hid or file transfer. I sort of guess that based on descriptions and the fact that even for arduino bluetooth with hid costs way more than simply "bluetooth" module.
I'm fearful of viruses snuck in a secret flash memory inside. Some chinese devices and even cables are proven to do that.

A flash memory is easy to notice because the system has to mount the filesystem for it to be usable. A secret keyboard driver is scarier because you can't do anything about it.
wow that looks terrible, and yes you bought the wrong device you can potentially salvage this with a m.2 ssd to usb converter and use it as a pen drive. kingshark rarely makes ssd with dram controller plus qcl memory means that constant use will create a very discartable ssd
