Spring MVC and Hibernate work well together

Breddy good.

really really bad. not even memelangs can be this retarded.

Good since Spiring Boot became a standard, but old Spring XML spaghetti makes me mant to KMS.

ASP.NET Core destroyed it. :(

Pretty bad. Even Django is better.

somebody post the image with the deep inheritance

C# is the future

It's okay, I don't love spring but it is nice being able to offload a load of shit to it, especially with hibernate.

it's bad

what resource do you recommend to get the hang of spring + hibernate fast

Do people unironically learn from durga?

Why on earth does he make such a point of interface 21 changing their name to Spring...
Probably gets paid by the minute.

I'm currently doing a java webdev training with spring, and I can tell you:
Learn/use PHP+Symfony instead

good and easy

Spring XML is bad, Spring Boot is good (okay). I spin out Spring Boot services all day erryday.

Gives you the ability to create robust, fault tolerant, distributed microservices with good vendor compatibility relatively quickly. Spring WebFlux on Netty w/ a reactive Cassandra db cluster is pretty much the highest performing server stack in the world right now aside from gimmicky shit like Light4j
