How would that happen? I don't eat or drink near my computer.

if it's a sticky drink you can in theory submerge your keyboard in water to clean out everything, but you will have to wait for the keyboard to dry which will probably take a couple of days

what do you think scrub + wash means? outside of the plastic tabs holding the top on (some) it's trivial to take keyboards apart.

assuming you mean desktop keyboard you unplug it and put it face down on a towel, if it's sticky after the liquid has dried you wipe it with a wet cloth, or if it's really bad you remove the keys and thoroughly clean them.
