It's not that bad and I have a single thoughts of suicide though.

My japanese colleagues are kind and happy-going. My company strongly curbing long work hours so that It was easy for me to leave my office before 7-8pm and I will leave everyday even when my boss are still working overtime. Overtime was paid per minute clocked. Be note that I work in construction industry where long working time is common but for each Saturday shift there will be replacement work-off day. At private I have lot of japanese buddies to hang out with.
