ltsc guide is first release of ltsc iso because the guide integrates all updates (using an already updated iso would double-integrate some updates) the general guide contains the march updated microsoft iso. so basically it completely depends on what you want to do

the ltsc guide already contains a way to integrate updates. double-integrating updates like that will only increase the size of your iso. But if you don't plan on running W10UI to integrate updates, then the march update would be better

Being forced to reinstall Windows 10 Anons, can someone redpill me on why I should go with LTSC over say Windows 10 Pro? and it's pros and consof LTSC? heard that because of it being LTSC certain runtimes aren't included so games like Forza don't boot among other such things which might cause issues down the line.

try reading filenames. you need the iso first then en->xx svf if you want other than en-US language then the consumer to business svf belonging to your language apply svfs in this order too

LTSC doesn't have Windows Store at all - any Metro apps are expected to be sideloaded by an admin IIRC. But a lot of people are happy to sideload the Store app instead. github.com/kkkgo/LTSC-Add-MicrosoftStore
