Amaze

Es file explorer pro is still unmatched in 2020

Based
Dilate moar
Literally botnet
>Es file explorer
Spyware and adware, go shill your trash elsewhere

Whats wrong with Amaze?

Crashes every fucking time. If it worked good, I would never use this proprietary software instead (FX)

I don't like it.

>Spyware and adware, go shill your trash elsewhere
I said _P_R_O_. You're too poor to use absolitely the most based android file manager. Pro version never had ads. Altrough it was not updated for 3 years, it still was not topped.

solid explorer by far

>you will never be fed pizza by your mommy while wearing your favorite minecraft tshirt and playing games

Attached: (75).jpg (599x400, 36K)

make sure to put it on internal storage

it asked me to delete memes

>You're too poor
I paid for FX pro, which is more expensive than your chink file manager

Used both Solid Explorer and FX since beta, think I had my Nexus 5 those days, or even earlier. Stuck with solid explorer. Split screen a la total commander is super comfy and has SMB/NFS support out of the box. The dev is also a cool guy, used to follow him on Google plus.

>paying more for an inferior product
>need to pay even more for "extra modules" which are standards features for everyone

I just use the default one, what's the problem with that?

cant install unsigned apps

Thanks user, didn't know the android version even existed.
Feels so good desu

How is MiX botnet? Explain pls

Huh? That's just a setting you can turn on in the ..settings.

I've always loved Root Explorer

>90% apps ITT are spyware
Jow Forums, what the heck

Who cares? Android itself is spyware

thats installing from other sources..

>90% of posts from Jow Forums are bullshit
See? I can also make unfounded claims about random numbers.

>need to pay even more for "extra modules"
What the fuck are you even talking about ?

I just use the stock MediaTek one. Just werks.
This one is great with the ssh interface.

>has SMB/NFS support out of the box.
So does FX
>Split screen
So does FX

Have you ever use FX before ?

Attached: Screenshot_20190901-194920_FX.png (1440x2960, 890K)

Why are chinks allowed to shit up our apps with their ugly scribbles

Attached: Screenshot_20190901-124954.png (1080x1920, 408K)

Why would you use anything other than Mixplorer?
Its free on Xda

fpbp and /thread

Looks ultra comfy, will give it a try

Are you blind? I literally said that I used them both since beta. I liked Solid more then since it had those features from the start and I saw no reason to switch. This is not a dick measuring contest "my app is better than your app", it's a thread to discover new apps. If FX works for you, then great. I saw no mention of my favorite app, so I wanted to let more people know about it.

>I saw no mention of my favorite app
See

Solid explorer.

Works on my machine :)

Simple file manager does what I need it to do

botnet

comfy

Simple File Manager

My Chink file manager that came with the phone.

file manager version 1.17.3.76 by cheetah mobile. the newest version (including others) are crap. much wasted white space and information density is a joke. not replacing it until i find something similar.

Attached: Screenshot_File_Manager_20190901-202705.png (1080x1920, 337K)

Based and privacypilled.

>Cheetah Mobile
I cant tell if you're actually serious

5 trackers reports.exodus-privacy.eu.org/reports/88804/
Says it's privacy friendly, but its proprietary? Hmm.
2 trackers reports.exodus-privacy.eu.org/reports/82499/
0 trackers, very nice
You mean EZ?

>5 trackers
explain?

Attached: Screenshot_File_Manager_20190901-205731.png (1080x1920, 144K)

just click the link senpai
a tracker is actually a tracking framework provided by some companies like google, facebook, etc that collects data for itself and app developers; i.e. botnet

i see what you are saying but is solid as bad as that cheetah mobile garbage? What other file browser supporst smb streaming that is free of that shit

The one with paid modules is solid explorer, your right

>0 trackers, very nice
FOSS apps are better.

Just root your phone and remove internet permission for shit apps, or install NetGuard and block them.

redpill me on ASUS File Manager

Attached: Annotation 2019-09-01 204556.png (734x609, 246K)

How up to date is the android software section of the wiki? I'm looking for a decent launcher.

Simple file manager from fdroid.

>Cheetah Mobile

X-plore File Manager

This chad fucks

Based and upperpilled

Lawnchair V2 alpha.

ZArchiver!

I use File Manager by ASUS. It says there's ads in it but I never seen one while using it. I should probably change to something different though, will give Amaze a try.

Attached: Screenshot_20190901-212117.png (1440x2880, 199K)

>How is MiX botnet? Explain pls
Developer said that he won't publish any source code in an XDA thread, you have accept an EULA before you can start using it, etc.

AnExplorer Pro. It's actually usable unlike Amaze and it's on F-Droid as well.
f-droid.org/en/packages/dev.dworks.apps.anexplorer.pro/

>botnet botnet botnet botnet botnet
>still uses proprietary FX manager
See here genius:

Mixplorer no competition.

Solid explorer

I know the dev personally and it because if he were to post the source he'd be shunned by xda for kanging half his code. It's still a good product the dudes just too lazy to start over and document proper credit

This.

Attached: Screenshot_2019-09-01-23-00-30-465_com.android.vending.png (1080x2340, 155K)

I was scrolling through wondering why this wasn't mentioned.
It's feature-dense AND has no ads or pro version. AND a dark theme. What more do you want?

reports.exodus-privacy.eu.org/reports/6889/

I want to use this guy's tools sometimes but I fucking hate his icon scheme.

me too, it's ugly

You can change the icon colors in the settings.

Can I change the fucking icon entirely?

That's what launchers are for.

>It says there's ads in it but I never seen one
That's because it's not visual ads, but (((tracking))) ads.
Literally the worst kind of ads.

Or I can just use non pajeet software.

Enjoy your spyware.

I don't use spyware either. There are various other apps that aren't part of the simpleton™ series of apps.

thanks, you made it easier to choose one.
I usually just use whatever lineageos has

MiX is pretty good

I like this one. Thanks.

>he didnt read the post.

I use solid just cause I'm too lazy to use anything else
Amaze, es file explorer, mixplorer are all fine

The round file, i.e. the garbage can where all spyware tracking device phones belong.

>crashes
>corrupted files
It's shit.

Tried a few. Settled on fx.

Solid Explorer. I actually paid for it because the app is that good.
