I've been wanting to get my hands on one of the Zhaoxin cpus to mess around with but it seems they are not easy to get if you are outside of china.

afaik they've been improving a lot in the last years. No idea if they are used in consumer stuff though

Elbrus cpus? From what I've heard they're only avaible to russian military, government and autorized corporates. They're like 10 years behind compared to the latest AMD/Intel ones for general purpose computing, but for cryptography they're actually better
