Very flat. Ice age lasted long in fennoscandia resulting in a flat land. Finland is mostly flat lands and lakes with few hills and even fewer mountains, the highest mountain being Halti at ~4300ft, and that too has it's highest point on the Norwegian side of the border. It makes me a bit sad having seen the norwegian fjords for example.
