In my experience the biggest problem is that they're impatient/slow. So impatient they won't even fucking read what's on the screen in front of them. No matter how many times you explain it to them, they will not look at an url or folder path. They will fill their desktop with icons just like they fill up their homes with boxes of useless shit that they're too lazy to sort and organize.
