PC assigned ram only matters on integrated graphics. On a dedicated GPU, it's static. The amount of ram itself is unlikely to be your bottleneck. Usually quantity is pretty well matched to the capabilities of the card.

Problem: I snap a window to the right half of the screen (MPC). When I go fullscreen, it's fine (goes fullscreen). When I exit screen, the window shifts to the left a few pixels. Size/Dimensions are the same, it's just shifted over and not snapped to the right.
If I keep entering and exiting fullscreen, it'll keep shifting it over to the left.

It might just be fucked idk. I've had this monitor for 2ish years and it's never had any issues aside from the occasional flickering which was fixed by plugging the DP cable back in.

Alright, since you don't seem to be following me, I'm just going to say that no, I don't think you can run that game. Unless you somehow came into posession of a somewhat dope card without having any idea, you're probably running integrated or something old and shit. Either way you cant change vram. Technically you can fuck with it on integrated, but it's self managing and not your limiting factor anyway.

The thing about the site is you need a Netherlands IP, and you also need a login. Creating an account is free, you don't even have to verify anything so you can just type in anything. And I can use a VPN to spoof Netherlands IP in a browser. But I can't get this to work to download the videos. Anyone able to have a go?

No. It relies on metadata, which can be altered. Using some kind of a timestamp from a third-party hoster is as close as you'll get.

I have a high refresh rate monitor that has vertical lines across the entire screen for about 10 minutes when turned on after sleeping. After 10 mins or so they go away and won’t come back until it sleeps for a few hours again.

1) Download helper browser plugin, trying the two options (downloading from site and downloading through their secondary app)

Buddy, have you tried turning your computer off and on again while the game CD is in the tray (OR, alternately, move the game file onto a USB stick and try restarting your computer with the stick plugged in).
