Is there actually such a thing as over-training? I like to get real sore and pass out, but I'm fine again in the morning.

huh?

yes, overtraining is real and will fuck you up
you're either still in beginner gains or have never actually gone that hard

how do you miss 40 boards to the left?

No pain no gain

You can't over train, unless your training on the wrong data

masturbating yourself unconscious is a dangerous habbit, user

>I like to get real sore
Eventually, this will be impossible. Train well, but remember that the goal is to get Jow Forums, not to get sore.

absolutely, always check your model against holdout data

Well if you die of exhaustion, I guess so.

I'm exactly where I'm supposed to be.

you should take a day to recover every 2/3 days

If you eat enough, and dont hit the same muscle for atleast 72 hours after training, then you should be fine. Your body will tell you when it's overtrained by making you fatigued

>can I work myself to death?
How is that even a question?

There's a reason athletes have trainers. The balance between honing your body and destroying it is delicate and not mutually exclusive.

nah can just work yourself to death and never recover lmao

a lot of people crossboard Jow Forums and Jow Forums, me included. Tbh they're the only two good boards on Jow Forums as far as I'm concerned.

Jow Forums isn't good, you Jow Forums-brain.

/o/ is the best board and is filled with married boomers

>the board with all the couch potato beta nerds
>the board with all the aspiring chads
Opposites really do attract. I like it.

just use k-fold validation and you should be ok most of the time. if you feel patient you an also use LOOCV
