As someone who works for one of the three letter agencies, I fully agree that the CIA should be fucking dissolved.
The other ones have a defined purpose:
NSA does SIGINT
NRO does sats
FBI is law enforcement
DEA is drug law enforcement (they should be axed too)
DIA is intel that actually matters

There is no reason to have an agency with a budget of fucking $15 Billion (bigger than any others), paramilitary squads, and next to no accountability. They've arguably done more damage to the US's position on the world stage than most enemy nations could do.
