I once almost had a mental breakdown because a few girls in a group I was in had cleavage and I felt as though I couldn't stop my eyes from going there and I thought they noticed and secretly hated me. I mean, I dunno what your mental health is like but I don't even see how that's relevant, and anyway I do have a lot of issues, the way I project =/= the way I am. I struggle to relax in social settings especially with women and I wasn't understating the fact that I almost had a mental breakdown, I literally almost had a mental breakdown because of some cleavage that one time. I went to the bathroom and slammed my head against the wall and was crying for a few minutes and didn't wanna go back. All because a few girls had some cleavage. I'm constantly panicking about stupid shit. idk man.
