I *usually* don't have voices. I have intrusive thoughts, which is much more comparable to OCD than a symptom of schiz.
I hear indecipherable chattering a lot (like if you're too high and are noticing really faint noises in music and it sounds like someone talking in the distance) , random bleeps/bloops like an 80s sci-fi robot is in the room and I know things are about to go sour when I hear loud crashes, explosions, screeches, sirens etc.
Last time I heard actual voices was just before I fell off the roof and in that instance it was my mother shouting at me like I was an 8 year old who did something wrong. Each sentence "she" shouted would overlap with the last, until it became indecipherable terror
On medication I don't have too much of a problem with any of the above, although intrusive thoughts that I can only guess is in the "normal" range persist

I have that because I really am OCD, though I guess it must be to lesser extent then yours, I feel that have to touch certain things 4 times and it gets really annoying.
My auntie has schizophrenia as well, she hasn't really been the same after one of her episodes. Shine on you crazy diamond and please don't skip your medications, it means a lot to the people around you if you do.
