I've been here for almost 2 years, so you'd think I know about the rule around porn dumbing, either way; porn dumbing is one one of the reasons why I left /b/.

I started on /mu/ because I was a hipster faggot, then migrated to Jow Forums when I discovered there were other depressed people online. I quit using Jow Forums when i realized how badly it affect my mental health. I started going on Jow Forums again out of boredom but tried out Jow Forums because it was what my friend who also posted on Jow Forums used, and I did not want to use r9k so I started posting on Jow Forums

I originally come from /b/, but that's many years ago now. Spent a lot of time on Jow Forums and Jow Forums, and gradually moved to /tg/ and /qst/.
Jow Forums was a lot of fun in the beginning, and I've just stuck with it since.

The only interesting threads I was in involved jazz music, since the people that posted in those were often willing to discuss different forms of jazz, what makes a good jazz song, and shared examples every time.
Most other threads didn't have much discussion going on.

Jow Forums on the other hand I didn't even know about until not long ago after finally checking out /s4s/. I probably still haven't even looked at the majority of the boards

the last main board I had before Jow Forums was Jow Forums which I had used since 2014. the board lost any fun it had late into the elections and I just left it entirely after november 7th. all the reddit-expats doing the gay meme magic frog god shit ruined the board tbdesu. I tried /trash/ then /ic/ then /a/ then then /co/ then I just stopped browsing for almost a year. coming back late 2017, tried getting into /a/ again, liked it a bit and stayed a while. last year I had finally decided to check out Jow Forums from the blotter, liked what I saw, and stayed.
