Mostly do reps with both arms at once. 30lb.60 lifts, then 50, then 40 lifts. Mostly calisthenics and breathing. Working on my back too recently.

Yeah, that bronze thing next to them is how the rest ended up.
I really have no idea how these two survived, they had some close calls - the bigger one was a test seed that I planted about seven days before all else to see if they will actually sprout and when winter fully hit, they couldn't really grow any longer, thus remaining in that very early stage with big size differences of just a week.
Glad I could interest you, if you want to get into gardening, all you need to do is some ground, something green and a cup after yoghurt
