Its not the ammount(it playes its part of course on cal level but you might eat and shit it all out with no real gain) but what you eat. Protein is a must for your muscles to recover after excercise. Also don't do same things every day, your muscles need rest to grow. Doing things to failure is much better than counting reps as in if you can only do 20 push ups in a single set then its better than doing said 50 push ups in sets of 5, you should always put in your best effort on your first set.

I'm kinda stuck at 67-68 tbqh and mostly because of lack of protein. Still tho 78 fat > 56 stick > 67 now, not too bad.
It really depends on what you're doing. Abs workout for example doesn't need to be long, 20 minutes should be enough, but it should be very intense, like you shouldn't be resting between sets or resting as little as you can, and you should go for harder things that makes your abs burn, if you're putting half assed effort there you won't see results, try to do hanging excercises and don't forget about things that push your oblics. And it also requires you to be consistent, abs are one of those things you can train every day.

Wrong, you gotta give arms and chest at least 1 day of rest, but on the day you're working those put maximum effort in it. Doesn't mean you should do abs/legs workout but you should start with arms chest while you're fresh and can give your best.

I do, when I lift dumbbells I can only lift them about five times before my arms give out, though I did 6 yesterday, idk what lifts are even called but this is doing a normal one with them down in front lifting up and then raising them above my head and repeat. I do some other lifts too but yeah. I do generally try to push myself harder over shorter periods of time except for plank length which I do for 2 minutes atm and sumo stance which I just hold as long as my legs will allow. Anyway it's better to do whatever it is I'm doing consistently than do nothing at all because I don't wanna do it anymore.
