I actually went to school in Australia from year 3 to 12. Uniforms sucked. In high school we literally had a day each year where students would pay the school not to wear uniforms. I can tell you, everybody fucking paid.

Uniforms were introduced(mandatory) in language schools around 2009 before that few schools had them but were not mandatory. I studied in a school like that.
