Hahah oh man, you might not know but I really wanted to hear that after you told me about your fancy projects :^) Though I cannot recommend you anything myself, unless you want to script every single bullet alone with their vectors, triggers and collisions using some animation program, you will need some graphic engine for sure. Check out Godot or Unity - both have great support for 2d games, though I wouldn't call Godot's interface user friendly..

It's hard to grief over Oracle's cat when they all die fulfilled and saved from worst scenarios. He gives them second chance and often let stay for years to come - and when met with any health problems, he doesn't sting a penny for all veterinary costs and medicine. If I am not mistaken, that will make the family down to eleven plus one stone cat - sorry if that sounds blunt. Six graves has been dug since these thread started. Today is the hour of Oracle's third cat that shall live forever in the minds of people thanks to this medium. Every week on Saturday, I try to remember all of them in a silent prayer~

I have about 6-7 cats that constantly reproduce, came and go. People throw me cats, rabbits, frogs, toads and even hedgehogs from my wall, it’s like an ecosystem of cats, guinea pigs, pet-store rabbits, ducks, a family of canaries and small parrots, bats, fish (I have an artificial pond), hedgehogs and a pug. In the case of cats, I don’t care anymore because most of them are retards (male ones) and time to time they came with the guts out or without an eye due to in-fights with other cats, I care about females because at least they obey me when they are doing something stupid and I can correct their behavior (like getting on the middle of the road) but males are dumb asshats. Even the guinea pigs who travel in packs from plant to plant are not that stupid.
