I think I'm just gonna kill myself. I go to the gym every other day, eat well, cut down on alcohol and still feel miserable as sin. I think blind folding myself then jumping off a tall building is the best solution now. "Hope" is a lie, a word just to force people to keep going through hell. If I can't face jumping off some council flats I will gas myself in my car.

Easiest way in your situation I reckon would be to join some kinda club like kayaking, hiking, etc, basically any club that meets up and has a common interest that your keen on. That way ya got a common interest that ya can build a friendship around with someone from the club/group. From their ya can become mates with that fellas group of friend and then boom ya got some mates

you remind me of someone else I know. this may sound stupid but try to find some online community that you can visit every day to get a group of online friends to talk to just like irl friends. try to find some people on Jow Forums to play a video game that you like or something. if you make relationships you won't want to kill yourself because you'll want to see those people and you won't want them to miss you. right now you have your mother who cares about you which should be enough of a reason to not do it if you're not selfish but more relationships can help.

I deleted my facebook years ago, I would always drunk post, had a drug problem too. I was fucked up. I'm pretty much sober now. I drank mainly because of boredom. I feel so lonely but I'm a bit socially awkward. I had a drinking friend a two years ago, he was a bit of an arsehole though. Not socialised with anyone since apart from people at work.
