The issue is that the state tends to act in favor of the "vultures", and structurally it cannot justify its use of coercion considering less coercive means of satisfying said needs such a milletary and economic needs can be satisfied in a co-operative fashion.

Conflict through the medium of lobbying, state elections and political activism is still preferable to leaving open a power vacuum that any person with wealth and lust for power could rush to fill.
At the end of the day, humans will always seek to gain advantage over another, but there are more harmful and less harmful platforms for allowing that to take place.

If a state's police and military cease to exist, the ultimate backing for all state laws also cease (i.e. the threat that you'll be thrown in jail is gone).
This means that there's a vacancy in the ability to use force to dictate rules. Those with the required resourceses,less than sound ethical frameworks and immense greed will then act to take up that vacancy for their own advantage.
How can you guarantee me that this won't happen if the state and its monopoly on violence is abolished? It happene whenever we overthrow a dictator and leave power vacant.

Other people are still able to form their own militia for self interested reasons, and those who have accumulated more wealth will have an easier time convincing people to work under their military as well as acquiring the necessary equipment.
But let's say that your voluntary military is so strong that it can topple all those threats.
Then we've returned to the problem of centralized power. How do we prevent the natural hierarchy, the populists, the wealthy, etc., from influencing said military and corrupting it from its original aim?
Well let's say everyone leaves the military whenever that happens.
Now other people can form militaries unopposed for their own purposes and efforts to create natural right defence militias will experience the same problems stated prior.
Corruption is inherent to humanity. Greed is inherent to humanity. The use of violence to satisfy greed will never end.

The "original aim" is that all mutually benefit with their compensation being based on the amount of contributed work. Beyond this is dosent matter I'm not picky and I dont advocate for any "right way" of doing things , the anarchist's issue with the state and capitalism is it allows a small minority to be the authors of how society functions, anarchism is each individual decides how they wish to live as they would now have a say in the firms they and their communities direction.

We're back to the problem of the state being off your back but all these armies forming for the selfish ends of those who fund them and compose them, not necessarily for defending life or property.
Again, you can't escape violence for selfish ends by abolishing the state.
Anarchists seem to run on this weird notion that the state is solely responsible for the infringement of rights. That the problem is systematic and that outside of it people will decide of their own volition to act completely moral lives. They hold this view rather than the more common sense notion that describes historical reality, that people naturally oppress each other with violence and power when given the chance.

As the size of the army scales there will need to be a command structure with the most competent members forming the top of the pyramid. These members will have disproportionate influence, even if the army is run with input from all the solders.
But let's say you somehow defeat hiearchy. Somehow. mAnother problem is mob rule.
You have your non-hierarchical army that can fend off all other forces realize that it can use its power to maximally benefit the interests of the members. Maybe that means pillaging. Maybe that means closing off free membership and using your collective power as leverage to negotiate contracts with localities. Want to be safe from other armies (including this one)? Pay a "fee" (may eventually be called a tax.) The people outside the army would only be safe from it insofar as they'd be collectively benevolent enough.
But perhaps this group IS that benevolent. That means armies that aren't so much will have an advantage over them. Willing to steal an area's supplies when there's no serious opposition around? Better believe that'll help them grow.

The invisible hand argument has its limits. The butcher may cut off a pig's head to feed to me, rather than my head to feed the pig, because for him it is beneficial to take my human money in exchange for that act, but if dumping radioactive waste in the water supply benefits the bottom line of a corporation, the executives will give their approval every time left unchecked.
