Most OC on Jow Forums mostly amounted to nothing more than funny MS paint drawings.
Additionally, I could probably make my own newspaper a bi-weekly thing as opposed to a monthly thing but I would need more reports from people, as right now I'm the only person actually gathering nearly all the information necessary.

Anyways games like Race War, Boss Raid, and some Risk maps are also extremely easy to host and are enjoyable for people who are into things like that. It helps bring a part of Jow Forums together where they'd normally try to tear each other's throats out.
Other than that I guess the best way to really encourage OC production is just to bump good threads and help people along with their ideas wherever you can, assuming that you don't feel confident enough in your own abilities.

I've been involuntarily off Jow Forums since August 2018 because my new ISP is just entirely blocked for whatever reason, can look at shit but never lets me post. Anytime I'm on wifi that doesn't block it I hop over to check out the happenings, or when I feel like suffering enough to make a phone post.
It's a shame coming back to this board and genuinely seeing it for the worse, I was always one of the fuckers who'd tell real talk type people they were just gay or whatever the fuck.

Maybe I'm just a real talk person now though, who knows.

Good content isn't just OC. Could also just be a comfy thread for people to talk/discuss in. Only real problem I have with Jow Forums is that bad content stays up for too long. We were better at sliding bait/porn/gay posts before. Maybe it's because there's too many new posters from other boards or maybe people just don't care anymore.

I'm inclined to think so but it does seem like some of the fun's been sucked out of the board. Risk threads seem entirely dead which is sad because I made loads of maps for them shits and the random oc type threads just don't seem as common. It seems to be mostly daily spam and arguments from what I can tell these days. Maybe I'm just salty no one recognises me without the trip(s)

the only thing that really changed Jow Forums were the schizos but they're mostly gone for now

It seems Jow Forums really did turn out abysmal after few years. Now we have Romanians (which they're no longer here, thank god, but they'll return eventually), Asriel/Raisel/Mittens, etc. But hey, we got new posters coming here, being nice, so-called niceposters (which I like them).
