Existential dread. You got some? Why is it so hard to crawl back from the pit, user? We study all sorts of holes in psychiatry - to understand their structure, to know how to avoid permanent contusion from the fall or recognize them. That knowledge is free to the public, yet even when one is to know very well what's happening in their brain and why are they feeling that particular, often crushing sensation.. we just cannot really get over it, can we? We can be rejected, irrational, drove mad, get hurt or betrayed, sometimes simply discouraged not even directly, but as a backslash of somebody's success, comparison. We can experience it dozens of times, study and know every single chemical compound of those reactions, yet some of them will always hurt the same and we will forever keep dragging our bodies over them, not only conscious of what's about to happen, but still often as mistakes. We fall into the same vicious circles of grief, pity, sorrow and despair. We crawl back from them and never learn a thing on how to mitigate their damage. Or do we..? What are your ways of avoiding such problematic experiences in your life, user~? Are there any that can be shared and understood by another person that never found themself in a need of using it?

As much as it is true, certain people can render even hardest of iron wills afflicted. Saying, that you are immune for bad feelings only tells, that your life has been improving and that you have never reached a breaking point likewise the one you've already recovered from. On the other hand you are still alive. We are all, in fact. It means that we've won over everything life has thrown at us so far, or are in a still ongoing battle - one of many, but not fallen quite yet. It is something of a positive thought, if you think about it~

It's been a wonderful day off so far. As for past tribulations, just like mending bones, breaking can occasionally make you stronger for the experience. I've had a few psychotic breaks in my time, but every one was resolved peacefully, and effectively learned from. What is a soul without some scars for added character? I have been woken up early to evacuate our basement from flood and it's still quite a shitfest of a weather if you ask me. It's not bad at all, situation has been rather stable and I am quite happy with myself. It's just that weather like that really makes u thing. It's heccin' cold though, so that's a negative.
