Wow, I've seen something similar. It was in Tenerife and we were travelling up the side of the outer caldera, which is really steep and narrow roads. A guy fell off his motorbike and slid down from one level of the zigzagging path to the other. He slid on his motorcycle helmet and ground it down until it was completely exposing his face. He stood up after the accident, covered in blood. I imagine he survived, though, but idk if it was just adrenaline that allowed him to stand

Boots or Co-Op Loperimide is about 15-20p per tablet. If you take two at night and one after a bad bowel movement it will work. It won't "cure" you, because no doubt you have loads of anxiety hang-ups related to shitting now because that's normal with IBS, but you'll just shit less. There honestly isn't a more effective over-the-counter medication for anything, I really suggest you take it

Also, I advise adopting a boring diet. You can go wild if you have nothing to do the next day, but if I've got shit to do I stick with chicken, potatos, parsnips, tuna, bland but quite nutritious stuff. Don't assume that the "fruit binds you" meme is true for you, because it isn't for me. And leafy greens might be the same, they don't seem to work for me like they work for others. It sucks, but like I said, you can just go wild when you have no plans the next day to keep yourself sane
