I got a new tattoo, sat in the garden sunbathing, with a couple of Bud Lights in the afternoon. Now I'm on the vodka.

i have massaged my poor hamstring tendon a lot. other than that i've just relaxed and watched a jap play final fantasy 10.
i don't seem to have lost that much flexibilty during this injury. i think i will have my splits back in two weeks after i start training again.

i trained too hard in cold weather last winter and tore the poor thing. it has taken a lot of time to heal but i think i can get back to flexibility stuff really soon.

Working out makes you feel so good. In the gym I feel like a god when weight training lol. Cardio makes me all giddy. What about you?

i do olympic-style weightlifting. my main lifts are the clean + front squat and the clean + press. the closest thing i get to cardio is just martial arts and acrobatics training like a little weeb. you could probably outrun me if you train cardio a lot!

Always nice to meet a fellow freak. I have an acoustic guitar. I play mostly alt rock, indie and chamber pop so I'm not that much into crazy shreds but that sounds very cool. The toan is gonna be meaty and delicious with that les paul, really nice choice.
