Its the way they use striking and combination of letters to make words sound more melodic when put together in sentences, also a reason why you would never learn to speak swedish unless you actually listen to whole phrases.

Argentinian Portreño (AKA from Buenos Aires) is objectively the best accent ever existed. It's like Italian, but God-tier.
