Apparently my last riddle was too hard for you guys, so I guess I'll have to give you an easier one:
What lands farther away when you drop it than when you throw it?
The winner will receive a fraction of a Bitcoin.

Nice guess, but WRONG! Also, nice picture.
boomerang?
A ball that is directly under a very small crater that goes to the center of the Earth and there is another cliff right next to the crater so that if you threw it it would not fall in
Any animal because it will run away but if you throw it it will die
uhhh..
egge in space
A windup airplane
But it would land before it would run away...
A balloon full of helium with lateral motion sensors that causes it to self destruct if it crosses a threshold of lateral motion
A bouncy ball under a stick of tnt
A feather
>A feather
What did he mean by this?
Feathers tends to land farther away when you drop them than when you throw them. Or I am just being autistic here ?
That doesn't make any sense.
The feather will float back and forth and land in a different position. But if you throw it it will have less time to swing and it will resist the throwing motion
Your voice
A paper air plane
Have you never try to drop a feather ?
This one has got to be correct
No.
It's not correct. What does it mean to drop one's voice? To lower it? Then you would not be heard from as far away.
Dropping your voice is an ideomatic expression that means to make it sound deeper , throwing your voice is another ideomatic expression that is the act of making it sound higher pitched. It is a well known fact that higher frequency sound waves travel shorter distances than lower frequency sound waves . Ergo if you drop your voice it travels further before it lands in somebodies ear
OKAY I GOT IT!
IT'S KNOWLEDGE
Is it A pot ?
I've never heard someone use "throw" that way. Throwing your voice is when you make it sound distant.
Ok but if you make it sound distant then it travels less far
>today in extreme idioms
Because when you throw a pot it means that you mold it on a potters wheel and when you drop a pot it falls so. So when you throw a pot it doesn't move .
What was the answer to the last one
what if there was never an answer to any of these riddles
Then what would be the point?
To troll us
to make my brain feel small
whats the answer to the old one
Telescope.
Explain
SSSSMMMHHHH
>What is deep and shallow during the day, and tall and short at night?
During the day, you can only use a telescope to look at distant objects on the ground, so you adjust the angle that it points at.
At night, you adjust the telescoping mechanism, making the telescope taller and shorter, to look at the sky.
I'm confused.
Idk man it would have been better if you said tall and narrow
die tripnigger
why tf would you use telescope to look at ground?
To watch people
You can use it to look for land if you are on a boat
White dwarf star matter
When you say farther away do you mean farther away from the thrower or farther away from something else
From where it is released.
Why didn't you respond to boomerang btw
WRONG! They would land at the same place.
is this the riddle thread
when you need me you throw me when you dont you keep me with you
t. actual redditor.
the answer is your mom btw lol
I think you need to give us a hint
No the boomerang woul land in your hand if thrown and the ground if dropped.
That's a technicality.
FUUUUUUUCCCK YOU
First guess is a piece of paper
Scrap that. In a perfect world a piece of paper will fall straight down
In fact in a perfect world with no wind interference nothing could go farther when dropped than being tossed. Only thing that might is pic related
