norway, wales, bulgaria, slovenia, italy

stay north of Italy and at least as west as Germany, otherwise things start to go downhill pretty quickly
if you want less autism, try Spain or the UK, if you like to stick to yourself try Denmark
other than that just do a bit of research on your own and if you know any other languages start out there

Netherlands is pretty cool
Amsterdam has alot from sheer size but it is a turbo tourist city
give it a chance if you want but I would recommend staying in other parts of the country as well to get a better taste of things
also, remember that they are generally as autistic as any other northern european country
but they all speak english quite well
