The saw movies are responsible for mass shootings.
The first saw movies was excellent. It revitalized the horror genre and took it in a different direction than it had been. The plot was tasteful and the twist at the end ironic and ingenious.
The second saw movie (Saw II, electric boogaloo) was ok. It reminded us of the first genius movie, and innovated somewhat on creative ways to ironically torture people.
The third movie (Saw 3) is where the series turned sour. Cows being dropped into a meat grinder and splattered into a pool so you drown in cow bile? Yikes, Im just not buying it.
We shan't discuss the series beyond the third, but needless to say that this slow and silent butchering of the series was a more sick prank than jigsaw himself could fathom. Anyone watching movies 4 and beyond is at risk for snapping at the sudden realization that the world is a corporate machine which will sacrifice all artistic integrity for the sake of a few extra dollar bills.
We have to kill the creators of the saw series, tbqh. its the only way.
