the mapmaker didn't include rules for sea travel but I don't think it'd be fair to give you all 8 territories you rolled, in Indonesia, when it's the furthest thing from contiguous from your own territory and also brings you close to conflict with Thailand.
Risk usually stipulates contiguous occupation. no map I have ever seen has waterways from Kamchatsky to Indonesia, ever.
I'll make a ruling that you can have half as many territories as your roll in Indonesia, using 4 territories to travel there.
