most of the ones i encountered in college were full autism. straight up no social skills, sperg out about whatever hobby they happen to have at the slightest provocation, unable to actually communicate what they're trying to say 75% of the time or more, etc.
either way even outside of computer stuff i really do believe that i can land any job that i'm at least somewhat qualified for if i can get face to face with someone, it's just really really hard to get to that point without being overqualified in most cases unfortunately

hmm.. well forgetting is my specialty..
it's kind of hard to remember since i skipped class so much and ignored people as much as possible when i did go since most of the people made me want to shoot myself. as best i recall though it was predominately white men which made sense considering it was a predominately white area. in both my math and comp sci classes though i remember being surprised at how many women there were considering that "women hate math and science" is such a popular meme. i guess my school always did boast that they had the highest percentage of women in stem classes in the state or something like that, but i never bothered to fact check it
i guess i hadn't considered the distinction. definitely anyone i'd be working under, probably HR too. i really think that aside from not always being great at leading a conversation that i'm quite likable to most people and it's not like i'm going to be leading if it's an interview

i skipped class a lot for several reasons, there was only one or two where the people in it were a primary one and that's because the class ended up being constantly interrupted by people circlejerking about nerd culture or whatever instead of actually covering any material
