Isn't it projected that the Russians would able to take Helsinki in under a week if they actually tried? In spite of the fact that the entire Finnish military is structed to prevent exactly that? Being able to sustain a prolonged guerrilla conflict and thus not be worth invading isn't the same thing as being able to take someone in a fight.

Russia would not be able to take Helsinki ever. They didn't even manage to take Helsinki as the Soviet Union when Finland was very weak and had 3 times less soldiers than today and Russia has less soldiers and is poorer than the Soviet Union was.
