Switzerland yes probably I still have them somewhere

of course, have the hq remastered edition if you want some dump

thats just his femboy fantasy episode

I read them all.

Same for Astérix. Actually, I read most of the "classics" amongst the typical franco-belgian stuff (Lucky Luke, Smurfs, Léonard, Tuniques Bleues, Gaston Lagaffe, Boule & Bill...).

So much racism against Gypsies.

Yep. Saw some of the show too. It's GOAT. Had no idea it was pronounced "tawtaw" until I heard my Swiss landlady say it.

So much racism against the Natives.

So much racism against the Chinese.

Well, yeah, I guess. The funny thing is that Congolese (I mean actual Congolese from Congo, not those Congolese born in Europe) actually like Tintin in Congo.

Why do frogs always get buttblasted when you hear other people speaking your language? That's how I heard it.

Genuine question: is Tin Tin still great if you read as an adult?

>filename
what

Ru
No

yes, all of them, over and over and over

yes, though you obviously are more conscious of the serious matters in the stories behind the façade of adventure

I'm not buttblasted, i just think it's funny that you heard it as "tawtaw". I guess that makes sense since i don't think you have that weird "in" sound in english

My parents bought me plenty of their albums as a kid. Remember re-reading 'Cigars of the Pharaoh' a lot. I also had some Asterix, Blake & Mortimer and Lucky Luke issues (never got the appeal of the latter).

Yes, i love tintin, read and watched the cartoon most of childhood

Literally my favorite one

What class? and what school. I also had that exact same thing happen?

Yes Tintti was the best. The first one where he uncovered the evils of communism was the best.

We also had the cartoon series with a fantastic dub

no it was a little bit shit 2bh. Interesting as the first of one of the greatest comics series of all times, but a pain to actually read

I always found this opening based.

>prof used him as an example of racism in childrens books

Bit of a stretch but did the theatre have to be evacuated halfway through?
